Day Diary Workshop

Where does your time go? What are your thoughts as you go through a day? How do you really feel about your life, your family, your work, and yourself? Joni Cole, Co-Editor of "This Day: Diaries From American Women", will lead a 3-part workshop in which you are invited to create a "Day Diary" on a typical day in your life.
A day diary also illuminates the many positive things that happen during any given day, moments that so often get lost because they are fleeting, or we don't take the time to record them.
In addition to creating your own day diary, participants will swap diaries with each other -- a wonderful way to connect!

  • Registration is required and enrollment is limited.
  • Workshop meeting dates: Mondays, April 19, April 26; and May 3rd.
  • Time: 10:00 AM to Noon
  • Location: Bugbee Senior Center
  • Cost: $45 (includes all three meetings)
To Register, call 295-9068. For more information, call Judy Adams, Program Director, at 295-9068. You may also call Joni Cole at 295-5526 or email joni@thisdayinthelife.com.

"Thank You" from Grace

A big "Thank You" to all of you who in the last 16+ years have volunteered for various tasks when asked. So many of you have gone the extra mile and always were there when something needed to be done! You truly made my job easier.
I have made many friends and will miss you all. I will drop by the Center from time to time to say hello … and maybe even to volunteer!
Thanks again,
  Grace Hedstrom
