NEW THIS YEAR:
Our Bake Sale, usually part of the Bazaar, will now be held in conjunction with our annual Cookie Walk on Saturday, Dec. 15th. We will be calling the people on our list of bakers, but we hope other people will also donate homemade cookies, breads, pies, candies, baked beans, etc.
We will also have a Silent Auction. Bidding will open at the Bazaar, and will continue until 12 Noon at the Cookie Walk/Bake Sale. Come check out some excellent gift items.

Tax Counselors Needed
TaxAide, the group sponsored by AARP to help people file their federal and state income tax forms, is looking for volunteers for the upcoming tax season. Some familiarity with tax filing and with computer use is helpful but not mandatory, as training in both areas is provided.
This is a great way to help others and to hone some skills. TaxAide offers tax preparation at Bugbee Senior Center in WRJ, Thompson Senior Center in Woodstock, and the VA Medical Center.

immediately following Christmas Dinner.
Seating is limited so please sign up at the Center or by calling 295-9068 by Monday, December 17th. We will try to honor requests for seating people together if the request is made by the sign-up deadline. Parking is also limited so please carpool if possible.
