Feb. 1 9:00 Tax Assistance by appointment. See Page 1. 12:30 "Winter Warmth". We're having a fuel raffle (see page 1) but we're going to have some fun with it as well. Come hear how!
Feb. 2 12:30 Carla Neggers, local author, will speak about her latest book, "The Rapids".
Feb. 4 8:30 Bugbee Breakfast!. Join us for scrambled eggs, sausage, home-fried potatoes, toast, orange juice, and coffee/tea/milk for just $3. Please sign up.
Feb. 7 12:30 "Songs of Yesteryear". Come sing along to old familiar tunes with Karolyn Wiebe on her keyboard. 1:00 Bugbee Book Club. We'll read and discuss Mary Higgins Clark's latest book, "The Christmas Thief". A limited number of copies are available at the Center. Please sign up.
Feb. 8 1:00 Bazaar Meeting. Come help us develop a plan for the 2005 Christmas Bazaar. We're hoping to start forming committees.
Feb. 9 10:30 "Together" Group w/ Judy Adams. "Tranquility" -- what is it and how can we find it?
Feb. 10 12:00 Music with Carol Nettleship. Come enjoy lovely piano music with lunch.
Feb. 11 12:30 "Joyful Hearts" This will be the Bugbee premiere for this a cappella Gospel quartet from Chelsea.
Feb. 14 10:00 Make A Valentine. We'll provide the materials, you add your own special touch. 12:00 Valentine's Day Lunch. The "Blonde Toppers" will entertain, we'll have a special raffle and other surprises. Don't miss the fun!
Feb. 15 9:00 Ukrainian Egg Class. De Van Pelt will teach this intricate folk art. (Samples of her work can be seen in our Crafts Store.) Please sign up.

Feb. 15 12:30 Chinese New Year! Celebrate the Year of the Rooster! What will your fortune cookie say?
Feb. 16 12:30 "Advance Directives". Paralegal Eleanor Zue will discuss the importance of having a "Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare" and "Living Will". Both forms will be available at the Center.
Feb. 17 12:30 "Bugbee Talent Show". Here's another chance to grab the spotlight and claim your 3 minutes of fame! Sing, dance, share your best comedy routine...but please sign up!
Feb. 18 12:00 "The Suite Notes", the Bugbee Senior Center recorder group, will perform a selection of love songs.
Feb. 23 10:30 "Together" Group w/ Judy Adams. "Disappointment" -- why do we feel it , how can we avoid it or cope with it? 12:30 "Hartford Municipal Arena ("BOR") Bond Vote". Tad Nunez, Director of Hartford Parks and Recreation Dept., will explain what changes are being proposed to Hartford voters and what the cost is expected to be.
Feb. 24 1:00 Pie Raffle. Take a chance on a delicious home-made crumble crust apple pie! Tickets will be available in advance and you don't have to be present to win (but you must pick it up before 4PM on the 24th or we'll eat it!).
Feb. 28 12:30 "Winter Warmth" Raffle Drawing. See page 1. You don't have to be present to win, but why not come share the excitement?
