Feb. 2 1:30 Basic Drawing with Sally Bellew. Pre-registration required. $10 for 2 classes. 2nd class will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 1:30. Bring basic drawing materials.
Feb. 3 10:00 Poetry Group, facilitated by Bill Kramer. New participants always welcome. Free.
Feb. 4 9:00 Quilters' Meeting. Everyone interested in discussing the future direction of the Thursday Bugbee Quilting Group is encouraged to attend this meeting. See page 7.

This month's book is Truman Capote's "Breakfast at Tiffany's" , the story of Holly Golightly, a hill-billy turned Manhattan playgirl and her eclectic circle of friends.
Feb. 8 12:30 Maxfield Property Master Plan. Tad Nunez, Director of Hartford Parks & Recreation Dept., will explain the plan that is being developed for the use of the property that was donated to the town by the Maxfield family a few years ago.
Feb. 9 10:30 "Together" women's group, facilitated by Judy Adams. "What Are You Afraid Of?" Whatever it may be, you are not alone. Let's share our fears and discuss ways to with them. New participants welcome. Free. 12:30 "Stamping" presentation by Carol Morton. You'll be amazed at what can be made with paper, rubber stamps and imagination! This is a preview of the projects she will teach at a workshop here on Feb. 25th.

Feb. 18 10:00 Mardi Gras Mask-making. We'll provide everything you need to make a Mardi Gras mask. Wearing green, gold and purple is encouraged but not required! 12:00 Mardi Gras! Special cajun musical entertainment by MJ Slattery and Andy Stewart.
