July 2  12:00 "Red, White & Blue Day". Join us  for an early 4th of July celebration. The  Suite Notes will play a selection of  patriotic songs on their recorders.
12:30 "Razzle Dazzle Raffle Drawing.  The Suite Notes have put together a  nice selection of prizes and tickets are  available at the Center ($1 each or 6/ $5). You do not need to be present to  win. Proceeds benefit The Suite Notes.

July 6  1:00 Cribbage. The weekly cribbage  tournament continues to grow in  popularity. $1 buys an afternoon of  fun! The big winner takes home half  the "pot"; the rest goes to support the  Center

July 7  12:30 "Welcome to the NEW Haven".  In case you missed their Open House  in May, here's a chance to find out all  about their beautiful new facility.

July 8  12:30 Pedometer Check Up. Do you  have a pedometer? Are you having  trouble getting it to accurately record  how many steps you take daily? Bring  it in and let Dr. Dennis McCullough of  Dartmouth Medical School check it out  for you. No charge.

July 9  8:30 Bugbee Breakfast. The Bugbee  Breakfast is always on the first Friday  of the month… except when it isn't!   Come on in for Cliff's famous  scrambled eggs, sausage, home-fried  potatoes, toast, orange juice and  coffee/tea/milk. $2.50 per  person.  Please sign up.

July 12  12:30 "Forests in VT".  Jon Bouton,  County Forester from the Extension  Service of UVM will speak about the  past 100 year history of VT forests,  especially those of the White River  watershed.

July 13  12:30 Human Services Update. VT  State Representative Lynn Bohi will  give an update on the reorganization  of the VT Agency of Human Services.

July 14  10:30 "Together" w/Judy Adams.  "Packing Your Parachute". We will be  talking about what and who we need to  have with us as we deal with the ups and  downs of life.   

July 15  12:30 "Medicare Card Information".  Confused about the new Medicare   Prescription Card? Maureen Eddy,  Coordinator of Health Insurance Benefits,  will try to clarify how  this all works. July 16  12:30 "VT Sunshine Society".  Hear all  about how they brighten the lives of shut- ins and how you can  participate.

July 19  12:30 "Summer Fun w/Raspberries" Ice  Cream Social. Paula Gray from the Hanover  Co-op will bring some "berry"-delicious  ideas and we'll serve them for dessert!

July 20  12:30 "Social Security Update". Sherry  McCurrier will come from the Rutland office  to tell you what's new with Social Security

July 27  12:00 Musical entertainment: Ed Lehane  and Friends. Ed is associated with the  Keene Senior Singers but could be a show  all by himself!

July 28  10:30 "Together" w/Judy Adams. "Hear  ye, hear ye!". Do we really hear what other  people are saying? Do we get the real  message beyond the words? Let's practice  some listening skills .
12:30 "VT Assn of the Blind/Visually  Impaired". Find out what services are  available to make living with limited vision  easier.

July 29  12:30 Music: Gary and Susie Engler. What  a treat to have Gary and Susie come during  the day! They've been a very special part of  several evening events over the years.
