Seniors Enter Free on Fridays (9-11AM) Any person 65 and older will be given free admission to Upper Valley Aquatic Center in WRJ between 9 and 11 AM every Friday. This offer is equivalent to the same usage and benefits of a normal UVAC day pass. The 9:15-10:15 class will focus on Tai Chi for Fall Prevention & Arthritis and is for beginners. The 10:30-11:30 class is for those who have already had classes with Anne.
