Our plan is to take a motor coach to Burlington where we'll tour the new ECHO at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. This world class facility is a fascinating architectural display depicting over 800 million years of evolution around beautiful Lake Champlain. (They also have a lovely gift shop.) Then we'll board a luxury cruise ship, Spirit of Ethan Allen III, for a Lunch-on-the-Lake cruise. The bountiful buffet features homemade soup, selection of seasonal salads, tow hearty entrees, side dishes, and dessert, all prepared fresh in the on-board galley.

On the way home, we'll stop at Ben and Jerry's so be sure to bring a little money for ice cream.
