Holiday Bazaar Wish List This year, we will be combining our Bazaar and Cookie Sale into one gala event on Saturday, Dec. 9th, and are hoping to get donations for the following "departments":
"Boutique" items: new or in "like new" condition so they would be appropriate to be given as gifts. "White Elephant" items: clean, usable items that you no longer need but which someone else might want. Handmade items: knit, crocheted, sewn, quilted, painted, embroidered, tatted, découpaged, or any other handicraft of your choice. Jewelry: earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, rings… whatever you have that you're ready to part with. Fancy cookies: cut-out shapes, frosted, decorated or whatever your favorite holiday cookies happen to be. Home-made food items: pies, cakes, snack items, yeast bread, candy, fudge, jam. Jellies, baked beans, sugared nuts, or anything else that would enhance our food sale.
NON-FOOD ITEMS MAY BE BROUGHT IN STARTING ON NOV. 13th. FOOD ITEMS SHOULD BE BROUGHT IN ON FRIDAY, DEC. 8th., BEFORE 4PM.

You Can Vote Early!
By requesting an absentee ballot from your Town Clerk, you can vote before Election Day. If you go to the Town Clerk's office to make the request, you may vote there or take the ballot with you and return it to the Town Clerk before Election Day. You do not need to have a special reason for choosing to vote via absentee ballot. If it will be difficult for you to get to the polls on Nov. 7th, or if you prefer not to wait in line to vote, this might be something to consider. Whatever way you choose to do it, and whoever you vote for, we hope that you will exercise your right to vote!
